If there is an emergency (leaking pipe, unexplained water, or something that is a safety issue) please call our office at 512-312-1150 and press 2 to leave a message for maintenance. You should receive a response within 24 hours. All tenants are required, by lease, to limit any potential or additional damage to the property.
