Please complete form below to notify Star Tex of any maintenance needed in your space. Be specific as to what is needed, make sure to put in address of lease space in subject line, and complete contact information (including tenant’s name) to help expedite response time.
If there is an emergency (leaking pipe, unexplained water, or something that is a safety issue) please call our office at 512-312-1150 and press 2 to leave a message for maintenance. You should receive a response within 24 hours. All tenants are required, by lease, to limit any potential or additional damage to the property.
